| 1. | Every application for registration under these regulations shall be in the specified form and shall be accompanied by fee and late fee as applicable. |

| 2. | Application for registration shall be addressed to the Registrar and if the Registrar is satisfied that the applicant is entitled to have his name entered in the register, he shall enter thereon the name of the applicant and issue to him a certificate of registration. The certificate of registration shall be issued with seal and signature of the Registrar. The Registration shall be valid for a period of five years. |

| 3. | If the Registrar is of the opinion that applicant is not eligible for registration, he shall reject the application filed by the applicant. |
